Powder infiltration process: First, metal powder with a high melting point is pressed or pre-sintered to form a porous body skeleton, and then the low melting point metal is placed under or on top of the porous body skeleton at a temperature higher than the melting point of the low melting point metal. It melts and penetrates the filled pores in the porous skeleton metal to obtain dense silver-tungsten contacts. They are generally used as moving contacts, paired with AgwCC, AgNiC, AgW, and other materials, and used in various universal circuit breakers, molded case circuit breakers, heavy-load AC and DC contactors, and other switching appliances.
Powder sintering process: Generally used as a static contact, paired with Agw, AgWC, and other materials and used in electrical products such as molded case circuit breakers and frame circuit breakers.
