Grades Scope of use
YG6 Higher wear resistance, suitable for cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, semi-finishing and finishing of non-metallic materials.
YG6X It belongs to fine-grained tungsten carbide alloy, its wear resistance is higher than YG6, the use of strength is close to that of YG6 alloy, suitable for processing cold hard alloy cast iron and heat-alloyed steel, and also suitable for the finishing of ordinary cast iron.
YG8 High flexural strength, impact resistance, shock resistance is better than YG6, suitablse for cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials, low-speed roughing
YG20 Commonly used in making cold heading, cold punching and hot forging moulds for standard parts.
YN7 Non-magnetic conductivity alloy, commonly used as sealing ring and non-magnetic conductivity wear-resistant parts.
YN9 Non-conductive alloys, commonly used as sealing rings and non-conductive wear-resistant parts
YN13 Non-conductive alloy . Commonly used for round magnetic forming moulds
YN15 Non-conductive alloys. Often used in round magnetic forming mould
Product parameters

1. YG6 cemented carbide ball: The main components are 94% WC (tungsten carbide) and 6% Co (cobalt). It has high hardness, HRA (Rockwell hardness) can reach 90.5-92, and has good wear resistance. The density is about 14.6-15.0g/cm3 and the flexural strength is 1700g/m. It has good comprehensive properties and is widely used in various hardware industries, such as valves, bearings, die castings, punching parts, grinding, measurement, etc.

2.YG6X cemented carbide ball: The composition is similar to YG6, also containing WC and Co as the main components, but it is a fine-grained alloy. Its hardness is higher than YG6 cemented carbide ball, HRA can reach 92, and its wear resistance is also better, but its toughness is slightly lower than YG8 cemented carbide ball. Suitable for making wear-resistant and impact-resistant parts, commonly used in various hardware industries, chemical industry, petroleum, military, and other fields.

3.YG8 cemented carbide ball: WC content is 92%, Co content is 8%, hardness HRA is about 89, density is 14.4-14.8g/cm3, and bending strength is 1800g/m. This alloy ball has high hardness and wear resistance, relatively good toughness, and good impact resistance and vibration resistance. It is suitable for making parts with strong impact and vibration and can be used in valves, bearings, and die castings. , punching parts, grinding, measurement, hardness tester, petroleum, chemical industry, aerospace and other fields.

4. YG13 cemented carbide ball: It has high hardness and strength and is suitable for working conditions that require high material performance, such as wear-resistant parts in heavy machinery, mining equipment, etc.

5.  YN6 cemented carbide ball: It has good performance under certain specific working conditions.  The specific application scenario depends on its characteristics.  It is often used in some mechanical parts or industrial equipment that have special requirements for material performance.

6. YN9 cemented carbide ball: It has high hardness and certain toughnes and is used in some occasions that need to withstand certain impact and wear.

7. YN12 cemented carbide ball: It has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance and is suitable for some harsh working environments.

8. YT5 cemented carbide ball: It is a tungsten-cobalt-titanium cemented carbide with high hardness and wear resistance.  It is often used in fields such as tool materials that require high hardness and wear resistance.

9. YT15 cemented carbide ball: It is also a tungsten-cobalt-titanium cemented carbide with high hardness and wear resistance.  It is generally used in semi-finishing turning, finishing turnin,g, and other processing scenarios.
