Product introduction

There are two types of rolls, monolithic and combined, which have a smooth cylindrical or grooved surface. The roller neck is installed in the bearing and the rolling force is transmitted to the frame by the bearing seat and the holding down device. The shaft head of the transmission end is connected with the gear seat through the connecting shaft, and the torque of the motor is transmitted to the roll. Rolls can be arranged in two, three, four or multiple roll forms in the mill frame. Because of its performance, stable quality, high processing precision, good wear resistance and high impact resistance, the roller has been widely used in the production of rods, wires, rebar and seamless steel pipes.

Grades Scope of use
YG6 Higher wear resistance, suitable for cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, semi-finishing and finishing of non-metallic materials.
YG6X It belongs to fine-grained tungsten carbide alloy, its wear resistance is higher than YG6, the use of strength is close to that of YG6 alloy, suitable for processing cold hard alloy cast iron and heat-alloyed steel, and also suitable for the finishing of ordinary cast iron.
YG8 High flexural strength, impact resistance, shock resistance is better than YG6, suitable for cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials, low-speed roughing
YG20 Commonly used in making cold heading, cold punching and hot forging moulds for standard parts.
YG20C Better impact resistance and thermal fatigue. Suitable for making standard parts, bearings, tools and other industries with cold seizing, cold punching, cold pressing moulds.
YG15 Excellent strength and toughness. Suitable for small-size cold seizing moulds, hot forging moulds, high-strength wear-resistant parts, three-dimensional rings.

Classification by structural form

Solid carbide roll: Made entirely of carbide material, it has high hardness, strength and wear resistance. This kind of roll has been widely used in the pre-finishing and finishing rolling stands of high-speed wire rod rolling mills (including fixed-diameter reducing stands, pinch roller stands), etc. Its advantages are simple structure, strong integrity, and the ability to maintain good dimensional accuracy and surface quality during the rolling process.

Composite carbide roll: It is made of cemented carbide and other materials, and can be further divided into carbide composite roll rings and solid carbide composite rolls.

Carbide composite roller ring: The carbide roller ring is installed on the roller shaft. The roller ring part is made of carbide material to provide good wear resistance and hardness, while the roller part can be made of other materials with higher strength. , which not only ensures the performance of the roll but also reduces the cost. It is often used on rolling mills with relatively small rolling loads.

Solid carbide composite roll: The cemented carbide roll ring is directly cast into the roller shaft to form a whole. Compared with the cemented carbide composite roll ring, it has better integrity and can withstand greater rolling loads. It is suitable for rolling mills. Rolling mill with a heavy load.
