Bipolar electrolytic metal foil is a key material for the negative electrode current collector in lithium-ion batteries, mainly used to collect the current generated by the battery active material to produce a larger current. Lithium-ion copper foil for batteries is usually less than 18 microns thick, with the 12 micron thick foil being the most commonly used. It has the characteristics of high conductivity, soft texture, high chemical and electrochemical stability, strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, low cost, and simple manufacturing process.
The product is mainly used for the manufacture of negative electrode current collectors for lithium-ion batteries, and its lithium-ion battery system is widely used in the fields of new energy vehicles, photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, 3C digital products, mobile power supplies, and charging piles.
